Your care: a 30-minute first consultation with a licensed physician who builds your treatment plan, then three progress reviews at months 1, 3 and 8 once medical cannabis is available.
Trauma-informed support: our doctors are trained in PTSD counseling, and psychiatric consultations are available on request (additional fees may apply).
What's included: a $150 USD credit toward a Storz & Bickel delivery device; your Cannabis Treatment Pre-Qualification Letter, issued once you qualify; high-concentrate CBD bridge therapy in the meantime; and delivery to your door or pickup at an authorized pharmacy.
About the founding rate: $169 USD is the rate for patients who enroll before medical cannabis reaches Costa Rican pharmacies. It is a single payment covering 12 months of clinical care.
Good to know: your 12 months begin at your first medical cannabis fulfillment at the pharmacy. Medication is purchased separately at the pharmacy and is not included in the package price. If a physician determines you do not qualify, your package is refunded minus a $50 evaluation fee — see our Refund Policy.
