1. Medical Consultation Outcomes

A consultation with our medical staff does not guarantee a medical cannabis recommendation.

If Not Approved: If, after a full evaluation, the physician determines you do not qualify for a medical recommendation, you will receive a refund of your package total, minus a $50 administrative and consultation fee.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To manage our providers' schedules effectively, we require notice for all changes:

More than 48 Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time for a 100% full refund.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will be applied.

3. Late Cancellation & No-Show Options

If you miss the 48-hour cancellation window, you may choose one of the following:

Re-book: Pay a $50 re-booking fee to schedule a new appointment time while keeping your original package credit active.

Cancel: Receive a refund of your package total, minus a $50 late cancellation fee.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Please allow 1-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
