Your care: a 30-minute first consultation with a licensed physician who builds your treatment plan, then three progress reviews at months 1, 3 and 8 once medical cannabis is available. A short progress questionnaire is emailed to you each month before your prescription is renewed.
What's included: a $150 USD credit toward a Storz & Bickel delivery device; your Cannabis Treatment Pre-Qualification Letter, issued once you qualify and listing your recommended cannabis type, prescribing doctor and date; high-concentrate CBD bridge therapy in the meantime; and delivery to your door or pickup at an authorized pharmacy.
About the founding rate: $189 USD is the rate for patients who enroll before medical cannabis reaches Costa Rican pharmacies. It is a single payment covering 12 months of clinical care.
Good to know: your 12 months begin at your first medical cannabis fulfillment at the pharmacy. Medication is purchased separately at the pharmacy and is not included in the package price.
