Who it's for: Costa Rican residents, ex-pats and frequent visitors aged 65 and up.
Cannabis affects older bodies differently, and most patients over 65 are already taking other medication. This plan is built around that reality.
Your care: a first consultation that begins with a full review of everything you currently take, then monthly follow-ups for your first three months and further reviews at months 6 and 9. Every appointment can be done by telemedicine, so you can enjoy our services from the comfort of your home, and your family or caregiver is welcome to join.
Extra safety: we start you on a conservative dose and increase it slowly. Fall risk and dizziness are formally monitored as red-flag criteria, and we call to check on you after your very first dose.
What's included: a $150 USD credit toward a Storz & Bickel delivery device, with a hands-on lesson in using it; your Cannabis Treatment Pre-Qualification Letter with large-print, simplified dosing instructions you can keep at home; and priority home delivery rather than pharmacy pickup.
About the founding rate: $179 USD is the rate for patients who enroll before medical cannabis reaches Costa Rican pharmacies. It is a single payment covering 12 months of clinical care.
Good to know: your 12 months begin at your first medical cannabis fulfillment at the pharmacy. Medication is purchased separately at the pharmacy and is not included in the package price.
