This 12-month program pairs medical cannabis treatment with longevity medicine — peptide evaluation, blood biomarker screening and a dietary program — and keeps you in direct contact with your physicians all year.
Your care: a comprehensive 60-minute initial cannabis consultation, a peptide evaluation and a blood biomarkers longevity screening, followed by bi-monthly follow-ups and direct access to your cannabis and longevity physicians.
What's included: a FREE Storz & Bickel medical cannabis delivery device, a $500 value, with hands-on training in its safe use; high-concentrate CBD bridge therapy until cannabis is available; your Cannabis Treatment Pre-Qualification Letter, issued once you qualify and listing your recommended cannabis type, prescribing doctor and date; blood biomarker analysis with a treatment and dietary program; a 24-hour helpline; CVCC-branded swag; and door delivery or pickup at an authorized pharmacy once cannabis is available.
About the price: $1600 USD plus 4% IVA. It is a single payment covering 12 months of white glove clinical care.
Good to know: eligibility is limited to residents of Escazú, Santa Ana, Villa Real and Rohrmoser. Your 12 months begin at your first medical cannabis fulfillment at the pharmacy. Medication is purchased separately at the pharmacy and is not included in the package price. If a physician determines you do not qualify, our Refund Policy applies.
