Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

Every Cura Vida treatment package is covered by a 100% money-back guarantee, subject to the single exception described in section 2. If you change your mind, tell us and we return what you paid.

2. The Only Exception: The $50 Administrative and Consultation Fee

A $50 administrative and consultation fee is retained from your refund only where your medical consultation has already taken place. In that case you receive a refund of your package total, minus $50.

If your medical consultation has not yet taken place, your refund is 100% of your package total.

3. Medical Consultation Outcomes

A consultation with our medical staff does not guarantee a medical cannabis recommendation.

If Not Approved: If, after a full evaluation, the physician determines you do not qualify for a medical recommendation, you will receive a refund of your package total, minus the $50 administrative and consultation fee described in section 2, because your consultation took place.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule at any time before your medical consultation takes place and receive a 100% full refund of your package total.

We ask for at least 48 hours of notice so that we can offer your appointment time to another patient, but no fee applies to any cancellation or rescheduling made before your consultation.

5. Pre-Sale Enrolments

During the pre-sale period, before the clinic opens for consultations, no medical consultation has taken place. A pre-sale enrolment cancelled before your consultation is therefore refunded in full, with no fee of any kind.

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Please allow 1-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the processing times of your financial institution.
