Biography
Dr. Sebastian Waugh is a physician specializing in regenerative medicine and longevity, currently practicing at RMI-International, where he evaluates patients and designs regenerative treatment protocols with a strong focus on safety, precision, and patient care. He also provides emergency care for adult and pediatric patients at Hospital Clínica Bíblica.
Dr. Waugh holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), a Master of Science in Anti-Aging Medicine and Longevity from the Universitat de Barcelona — where his thesis focused on photobiomodulation — and is completing an MBA in Big Data and Business Analytics at Aden Business School.
His combined clinical and academic background in longevity medicine supports CVCC's integrative approach to patient wellness, bridging evidence-based cannabinoid therapeutics with broader regenerative health strategies.
