Only increase weekly as needed. You should see significant effects within the first month, and maximal benefits in 1-3 months if taken daily. If there is no relief after 4 weeks, contact your doctor.

Common Side Effects
CBD is generally well-tolerated in studies with doses typically ranging from 100-800 mg daily without dependence or tolerance concerns (World Health Organization, 2018). CBD may present mild-moderate, temporary side effects like nausea, upset stomach, diarrhea, sleepiness, or upper respiratory disturbances.
Patient Instructions
- When to take: Around mealtimes, ideally within an hour of breakfast and dinner.
